The Spa at Shangri-La Hotel, Pudong is an exclusive destination spa in the heart of Shanghai. Envisioned as a sanctuary of tranquility, the 800 square meter spa was inspired by the architectural principles of a Tibetan Temple, using Himalayan artifacts and design elements, whilst applying the Chinese principles of harmony and balance. The Pudong Shangri-La Hotel Chi Spa has been awarded the winner of the "Interior Design of the Year" at the 2006 Baccarat Asia Spa Awards.
